Quercy, Perigord and Limousin

The Chateau de Termes touches these 3 culturally rich regions of central France. Situated in the valley of Martel, the Chateau is in an ideal situation to explore either on your own or in a group.

There are many places of interest in the area including;
Gouffre de Padirac - This spectacular cave complex is impressive on a large scale. Part of the trip is by gondola and the complete trip will take around one and a half hours.

Rocamadour - This is France’s second most visited tourist attraction after Le Mont St-Michel. A magical town with golden houses clinging to the side of a cliff over the Alzou canyon, it is a holy shrine. This is a must see attraction due to its unique location and character

Collonges la Rouge - Collonges la Rouge (Collonges the red) is located in between Limousin, Perigord and Quercy. It is on the list of the most beautiful villages of France. An interesting feature of this well preserved town is all of its buildings are made from the same blood red stone. Collonges is old, earliest records date back to 783.
